Everyone Gets a Game

The Under 7's team manager's policy is to let all players participate in every game whenever possible.

The team will be picked based upon the following criteria and in the following order:

Appearance at last match
Appearance at last training session
Performance & Effort in last match
Effort & Performnce in last training session

If you miss training or don't turn up for the previous match you will automatically feature further down the selection list - but you will still get on the pitch at some point.
